Edit organisation details

Add/Edit Organisation Details

To Access Org Management: Go To: www.shareplay.in Login: With your admin phone number

1. Click: On Admin Portal
2. Click: On Org Management
( as shown in the image below)

The Org admin can edit: Ps. Please exercise caution while changing name, moniker and bank account details as it will affect your presence and payments settlements. Call Shareplay support for any clarifications.

After adding/editing org details click 'Save' to record your edits.

Add/edit Member details Individually

This feature is for sports venues (private venues and schools) that offer discounts to their members/students or alumni when they book play fields.

To add org member (students) individually

Click on Add member
Select venue
Minor/ Major
Parent details (compulsory incase of minor)
Trainee details

Completing this course will help you:

Add (Students) Members in Bulk

Inside Org Members > Click on Upload File

Download excel sheet for sample
Follow the instructions in excel
How to upload

1. Select Your 'Org' and the 'venue' where you want these students to be uploaded. (P.s: Bulk upload only one venue at a time)
2. Downloaded the template sheet by clicking on DOWNLOAD XLSX File

How to prepare the same downloaded spreadsheet for upload.

Once completed save the file as a csv or xlsx file and upload, by clicking 'choose file'

Each use has a different level of access to data and editing capabilities. Please exercise caution while giving user access.

Add / Edit Play Fields

Add Field for your venue

Add Field

Give your field details
Type of flooring etc
Add marker for that field
photo upload tab will pop up once you click sport.
Upload image as per instruction

Adding a play field

Editing existing fields

1. Go To Fields
2. Click on the Edit Icon (pencil icon ) on the field you want to edit
3. Make the desired Changes
4. Then Click on Edit Field to save the changes.

Add Default Open hours for the field

Open hours (Default hours)

Add open hours for the field
You can create timings for ‘All days’, or separate timings for ‘Weekdays’ & ‘Weekends’
Enter the slot price for the fields
Submit

Important Tip: Setting up open hours.
If you rent out 1 hour slots, and you are open Morning 6 am to 10 am ( 3 slots) and Evening 4pm to 9 pm, ( 5 slots) then you will set up 2 slot splits, one for morning and one for evening. Don't have to create individual slots
Input slot duration opening and closing timing for morning.
Click on Add New
Input slot duration opening and closing timing for evening.
The system will automatically create individual slots when you save. See video below.

incase wants to open or close slots for a particular date
Select weekdays, weekends, all days correctly
Validate the special hours before submitting the form.

How to set up special hours for a period of time

Add enrollment

Mark fields active/ inactive if not available
as many number of markers can be added.

Booking management

Add Manual Booking

Use customer phone number and verify email to verify customer.
Select date and time slot correctly.
