By booking on shareplay.in I accept to :

I enter this premise after agreeing to and acknowledging the following:

I hereby declare that I am fit to play sports and agree to assume all risks and expenses due to any injury that may occur as a result of my playing sports at this premise.

I hereby agree that the venue and/or SHAREPLAY, its coaches, administrators, and management shall not be liable for any injury or other physical risk arising from my playing sports at this premises and shall keep the school and/or SHAREPLAY, its coaches, and administrators indemnified against any liability/claim as a result of my actions or otherwise while playing sports at this premises.

I hereby agree and undertake to take care of my belongings and shall hold harmless the venue/ school, and/or SHAREPLAY, its coaches, and administrators for any loss or damage to any of my belongings.

I hereby acknowledge that I shall not use or enter upon any other facilities of this premise except for those that I have been granted access to as marked for SHAREPLAY’s use.

I hereby agree and undertake:

To enter the premises to play the sport for the duration as agreed to with and as allowed by SHAREPLAY.
To pay the requisite fees for using the facilities listed above.
To at once leave the premises upon completion of the duration as agreed to with and as allowed by SHAREPLAY.
Not to bring alcohol, narcotics, weapons, explosives, or other dangerous items into the sports venues
To use the premises with utmost care
Not to use the facilities for any illegal purpose
Not to cause any injury/damage to any person or property within the premises.

I hereby acknowledge that the venue and/or SHAREPLAY, its coaches and administrators, have the right to ask me to leave this premises at their discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including for breach of any of the above rules, failing which, physically remove me from the premises.
